Most of the websites I designed then a developer created the actual site. There was a time when I used Adobe Muse to design and create the sites, and used Business Catalyst to manage the site.

My portfolio site is created in Wix, and my domain is from GoDaddy, and with any luck this is how I'll design sites moving forward!
